Following what I can only describe as \u201cawakenings\u201d in my mid-to-late teens, I began researching these overlaps through both a commitment to experiential practices and a scholarly pursuit of Universal Philosophy.<\/p><p>Following the onset of Covid in my first year at university, the contrast between the intensity of my awakenings and the soul-sucking environments I was in became increasingly unbearable. In following my inner-guidance, I made the bold decision to book a one-way flight to Mexico and experienced an adventure which completely altered the course of my life. There, I volunteered at retreat centers, sold herbalist products, facilitated workshops on shadow-work and communication, took a permaculture design course, and even launched a plant-based restaurant.<\/p><p>While integrating the closing of my restaurant, I met my mentor, Cristallin Toullec, and discovered the revolutionary work emerging from the IRESOI Institute. After realizing the importance and neglect of communication for intentional communities, conscious businesses, and personal relationships, I discovered what I believe to be the simplest yet most profound tools for relational mastery and felt the calling to share them with the world. This led to a 3-month immersion where I facilitated workshops on our core practice, Soul Mirroring, and continued applying these tools in my own life through 3+ years of training in Relational Dynamics with the Institute.<\/p><p>To heal my relationship with my family and the world, I decided to return to San Diego and finish my Bachelor\u2019s in Business Psychology.
